We do not sell your personal information for money as traditionally defined in applicable U.S. state laws.

Retention periods vary by data type: for example, server logs and security records may be kept for a limited period, while event content may remain visible according to your settings until you delete it or close your account, subject to backups and legal holds.

When you delete your account or ask us to delete personal data, we will delete or anonymize it where possible, except where retention is required by law or legitimate interests (such as fraud prevention).

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and protect your account credentials.

Where's It App is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where we or our providers operate—places that may have different data protection laws than your country. We use appropriate safeguards where required for cross-border transfers.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to consent to data processing without parental authorization). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
